Duties performed by A&B were:

Updated List of local stakeholders to be considered for the assessment: List of stakeholders including names and contact numbers of governmental stakeholders to be contacted as part of field assessment.
GIS Review Report: Brief feedback report (in excel form) describing the suitability of the layers included and identifying gaps to be completed during field visit.
Field Plan Review: Participation of socio-economic specialists in 2 conference calls to provide feedback on proposed field plan.

European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)/ Business Advisory Service (Bas) Projects.
We have a close cooperative relationship with EBRD Albania and we have been contracted by EBRD on a number of projects by providing financial consultancies. The BAS Programme works with micro, small and medium-sized (MSME) enterprises to improve their performance by involving local business advisors. BAS assists individual enterprises to engage with local consultants on narrowly-based, specific projects with a rapid payback. The supported projects typically last around four months and assist enterprises to develop and grow by enhancing their competitiveness, marketing and financial management, quality management systems and strategic business planning.

DARIO Ltd: A&B has undertaken a “Feasibility Study” on behalf of client for debt financing purposes by EBRD in the sum of 1.5 million EURO. Dario is a large company operating in the food processing sector. In addition, our client was seeking to cooperate with a Dutch company by using ….
EURODRURI Ltd: A&B has undertaken a “Business Plan” and a “Catchment Study” on behalf of the client for equity financing purposes. Eurodruri is a large company operating in the furniture manufacturing and retail sector.
SHAGA Ltd: A&B has undertaken a “Market Study” and “Business Plan” on behalf of the client for equity financing purposes in the sum of 5 million EURO. Shaga is the leading company operating in the furniture manufacturing and retail sector.
VEGA Ltd: A&B has undertaken a “Market Study” on behalf of the client for the purpose of applying to EBRD/Bas Programme to request finance to construct a steel manufacturing plant.
Abissnet Ltd: A&B has undertaken a “Business Plan” on behalf of the client for the purpose of applying to EBRD/Bas Programme to request finance to expand their services in the IT sector.

Prespa Ltd: A&B has undertaken a “Business Plan” on behalf of the client for the purpose of building a Do It Yourself (DIY) Mega Market Hall with the purpose of leasing it to Praktiker (A German Company). In addition, A&B negotiated a long term loan with Emporiki Bank (part of Credit Agricole Group) in the sum of 7.5 million Euro which was successfully used for financing the construction of the Mega Market Hall.

A&B has undertaken a business plan on behalf of the client for the purpose of building a multifunctional project including residential, commercial and leisure center in the main entrance of Tirana. In addition, A&B negotiated a medium term loan with Intesa San Paolo Bank for financing the land purchase in the sum of 2 million Euro loan. Edil Al is a leading company in Albania in real estate sector.
Matrix Konstruksion. A&B has undertaken a business plan on behalf of the client for the purpose of building a multifunctional project including residential, commercial and leisure center in the heart of Tirana. A&B negotiated also a medium term loan with Intesa San Paolo Bank for financing the construction in the sum of 3 million euro loan. Matrix Konstruksion is a leading company in Albania in real estate sector.
