Junior Legal Counsel

Job Overview: 

Junior Legal Counsel ensures legal and administrative assistance to the company function while meeting its business goals. He/she will assist in the drafting and negotiating of all company legal issues related to legal documentation, contracts, etc. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

The primary responsibilities (not limited to) for this position will be as follows: 

  • Assistance in drafting and managing the contracts with various clients and partners with whom the company cooperates; 
  • Assistance in Amendments to/extension of existing contracts; 
  • Assistance in recommending and drafting new guidelines/procedures which are relevant to the law on the management and resolution of conflicts that may arise in the company and with clients; 
  • Assistance in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the company or client it represents; 
  • Assistance in maintaining the relationship with the clients and providing legal advice for any case / issue that the client requests; 
  • Assistance in working in different areas where professional duties vary according to the circumstances and needs of the client or organization working; 
  • Assistance in providing legal solutions to problems that the company or clients have and ensures that each consultancy is in accordance with applicable laws, bylaws, Company Code of Conduct and Policies, and the required standards; 
  • Assistance in the preparation of legal cases and ensure that they are submitted to the relevant authorities; 
  • Maintain accurate records and correspondence with various Institutions (Public& Private) and maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation; 
  • Conduct trainings on legal matters; 
  • Following the priorities for meeting the deadlines; 
  • Any other duties dictated by the needs of the job or the Employer. 
  • Available to perform the tasks and responsibilities not only in the office but also on the site.  

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor / Master degree in Law; 
  • Proven min 2 years’ experience as a Legal Counsel in business environment; 
  • Very good drafting skills, demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies; 
  • Very good verbal and written English and Italian; 
  • Ability to work independently and cooperate with different teams; 
  • Very good analytical skills with the capacity of identifying all risks and proactively choosing the best solutions; 
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity; 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous person; 
  • Reliable and discreet team player. 
Senior Management Consultant

Duties and Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities (not limited to) for this position will be as follows:

  • Interview the clients’ employees, management team and other stakeholders
  • Develop research and data collection to understand the organizations
  • Facilitate discussions with the client to elaborate on the areas of proposed improvements
  • Define the problem concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution
    • Quantitative research methodologies include data mining, creating financial models, and performing valuation analysis
    • Qualitative research methodologies include performing market research and collecting business intelligence
  • Consolidate the findings from the analysis and present solutions to the client
  • Develop and present a plan to implement the recommended changes
  • Support the business development activities of the firm such as pursuit development and production of thought papers
  • Identify and negotiate schedules, milestones, and resources required to meet project objectives
  • Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out
  • Lead and manage those within the team
  • Manage projects and programs
  • Conduct focus groups and facilitate workshops
  • Effectively prepare business proposals and presentations

Required Skills and Experience:

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years’ experience as a Management Consultant, Financial Expert or another relevant role
  • Strong working knowledge of business management best practices
  • Core skills of research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills – an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset
  • Well-developed industry expertise in a domain of alignment (financial services, consumer products, human capital, shared services, etc.)
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Effectively deliver projects on-time, on-budget within the scope that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA from a top institution
  • 2+ years of consulting experience
  • Ability to lead teams with a sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional client service
  • Familiarity with common business software, project management programs and IT systems
  • Demonstrated experience in project management of extensive multi-phase projects
  • Impeccable organizational skills
  • Aptitude for analytical and creative thinking

    Project Coordinator

    Job Overview:

    The Project Coordinator works closely with project team members, managers, and leads to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for the project. He/she will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    The primary responsibilities (not limited to) for this position will be as follows:

    • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information;
    • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes;
    • Assign tasks to internal teams, assist with schedule management and ensure that deadlines are met;
    • Prepare presentations to update senior management on the project’s progress and showcase the project’s value;
    • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise;
    • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all team members;
    • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g., contracts and terms of the agreement);
    • Provide information and regular support to third parties;
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports;
    • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance control;
    • Organize and participate in meetings; Document and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings;
    • QA/QC of project deliverables, document control, and filing.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Master Degree in Business Laws and/or Administration (MBL/MBA/MBLA);
    • Minimum 3 years proven working experience as a Project Coordinator or similar roles. It’s an advantage an experience in renewable energy projects;
    • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work;
    • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans;
    • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management;
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
    • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills;
    • Ability to work on tight deadlines;
    • Excellent knowledge of the English language;
    • Excellent understanding of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures;
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
