Job Overview:
Legal Expert ensures legal and administrative assistance to the company function while meeting its business goals. He/she will assist in the drafting and negotiating of all company legal issues related to legal documentation, contracts, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities (not limited to) for this position will be as follows:
- Assistance in drafting and managing the contracts with various clients and partners with whom the company cooperates;
- Assistance in Amendments to/extension of existing contracts;
- Assistance in recommending and drafting new guidelines/procedures which are relevant to the law on the management and resolution of conflicts that may arise in the company and with clients;
- Assistance in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the company or client it represents;
- Assistance in maintaining the relationship with the clients and providing legal advice for any case / issue that the client requests;
- Assistance in working in different areas where professional duties vary according to the circumstances and needs of the client or organization working;
- Assistance in providing legal solutions to problems that the company or clients have and ensures that each consultancy is in accordance with applicable laws, bylaws, Company Code of Conduct and Policies, and the required standards;
- Assistance in the preparation of legal cases and ensure that they are submitted to the relevant authorities;
- Maintain accurate records and correspondence with various Institutions (Public& Private) and maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation;
- Conduct trainings on legal matters;
- Following the priorities for meeting the deadlines;
- Available to perform the tasks and responsibilities not only in the office but also on the site.
Required Skills and Experience:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities (not limited to) for this position will be as follows:
- The Project Design Coordinator will assist and support the Design Team role in ensuring an effective Project Design Process.
- The coordinator is expected to maintain a participatory approach in developing deliverables and facilitating continuous stakeholder feedback loops.
- The coordinator supports the Design Team in documenting and tracking a complex package of design tasks leading to the production of project and activity level documents that are fully in line with the requirements of the client and other partners in this project.
- The coordinator should assist the design team in determining appropriate timelines and in monitoring progress toward meeting crucial deadlines.
- As an essential part of the design team, the coordinator will be wholly or partially responsible for drafting various sections of key documents. S/he will be responsible in reviewing and improving the quality of final products before they are presented to the client for approval.
- The coordinator will be a primary point of contact for data and resource management, ensuring that essential background documents and deliverables are appropriately organized, filed and accessible to relevant parties.
- S/he also serves as a point of contact in the Design Team for many communications with other partners and supports effective communication with counterparts within client’s organization.
- The coordinator may support the design team by preparing or talking points for key meetings, PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers or other similar communications to be used with internal and external partners, and meeting notes, among other things.
- Establish an appropriate schedule with objectives and performance measures.
- Review work outputs and deliverables to ensure compliance with best practices.
- Assess the deliverables of different team members and external stakeholders. As the incumbent is expected to work with a high degree of independence, s/he must be able to establish priorities, adhere to and meet deadlines, and perform responsibilities and duties with minimal guidance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities (not limited to) for this position will be as follows:
- Conduce both field and desk-based research and prepare detailed reports;
- Interpret data, which includes a detailed assessment of the data;
- Addresses issues such as: land and water contamination; waste management policies; environmental management systems; environmental impact assessment;
- On-going communication with clients for the assign project;
- Assessment and advisory services for clients on matters affecting environmental issues
